Returns are allowed up to 14 days from the purchase date. If items are damaged in transit, please reach out within the 14-day period and a full refund, exchange of equal value, or store credit for future use may be granted. We will make it right.

Any returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging. Return shipping must be covered at the customer's expense.

Custom Orders: Returns are not allow for custom orders. If you have any issues or concerns, please reach out via email or social media.

Sale Items: All sales items are final sale. Returns are not allowed on sale items

Lost or Delayed Packages

Wild Soul Metals is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. If your package is lost, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us if you need assistance.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees to resend.
